Once upon a time in a land down under, a 22-year-old Lego-loving-MacGyver-wannabe named Alex took his first backyard-invention, the Grindenstein, down to the local markets to seek his fortune. As luck would have it, on that day, the owner of a near-by kitchenware store happened upon Alex and his creation. It was on that day in 2003 that 'Dreamfarm' was born.

The 3 Dreamfarm Design Rules are: 1) The product must solve a problem, 2) The product must be original, and 3) The product must work the best.

The Dreamfarm Ograte is a two-sided speed grater that breeze through food prep. The top side features an extra-wide plane for efficient grating of large foods like cheese, while the bottom side offers continuous grating of smaller items like carrots or zucchini, with a circular motion and a guide rim for easy control. The non-slip foot provides stability and can be hooked onto the edge of a bowl, and the unique safety cover securely snaps on to protect the razor-sharp blades for worry-free storage.
